At the end of a long white clam shell driveway, sits a classic Eastern Shore Farm house with adjacent 3 bedroom cottage. The 27 acre compound features brilliant water views from every room, with kayaking, swimming, fishing, crabbing from the private dock and boat ramp.

And as of Spring 2021, we have great, fiber optic WIFI and new HVAC in the main house!

A classic Eastern Shore farmhouse, first mentioned in historical records of 1654 as part of the original Jamestown colony, it has been well maintained over the centuries and lovingly restored in recent years.

The accommodation is comprised of the Farmhouse and the Cottage - fifty yards apart - together they provide six bedrooms with six bathrooms, two rollaway beds and can very comfortably accommodate 15.

The Farmhouse features two spacious living rooms winged with a screened porch opening to the long vistas of the Onancock Creek and Parker’s Creek. The bedrooms in the main house are upstairs and arranged as follows: a master bedroom with king bed and full bath (shower only), a middle room with one queen and one twin and access to full bath with tub and shower and the over-kitchen bedroom with one double and one twin (bathroom access is through middle bedroom or private stairway to powder room off the kitchen.) There is a total of four bathrooms plus outside shower. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the deck and features a picture window seat dining area and center island and bar stools.

The cozy Cottage has its own sun porch and a lovely deck that overlooks the creek, along with a comfortable living room (with smart TV) and three bedrooms - a king bedroom downstairs with its own full bath with tub and shower. Upstairs there is a king size bed in one room and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub and shower. The cottage also has a moderately equipped kitchen which opens onto the deck.

In this tranquil and majestic location there is an endless range of activities to be enjoyed. Swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing or try your hand at crabbing off the thirty foot dock.

It is an area of outstanding natural beauty where wildlife abounds and there are always flowers in bloom whatever the season - the grounds are carefully maintained and include vegetable, herb and flower gardens.
