Positive: Helpful videos to communicate how to enter the property and parking

Negative: It was unclear where the car park was before we got there, and it was only when we arrived in the apartment and read the folder (written in Gwan) that we realised the parking was 8-10mins walk away. This was ok for our family, but I think it should be explained on the website as it could cause difficulty if travelling with elderly or very young family members. Everything else was great, although I think the cooking hob is not working correctly (very slow) and it was very warm in the apartment with no way to adjust the temperature.
