Positive: Excellent comms, owner will immediately text you back with any queries. Easy to find from A1 Very pet friendly with a great outdoor space for dogs Flexible check in ( we arrived at 11pm with no issues) Great price!!

Negative: Very early checkout listed on Booking.com (9:30am) but owner was flexible and allowed us to stay until 10am which was much appreciated 😊

Summary: Superbly reasonably-priced pet-friendly stay-over south of Firenze just off A1
