The cottage has a queen bed, bathroom with a shower, full kitchen, and a ladder to climb to a cozy loft, perfect for younger family members with 2 twin beds. It is truly the perfect location for families or romantic getaways!
About Our Place:
Our cottage is on the ground level. There is one step up to enter the cottage front door. You’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with a full stove, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, and microwave. The cottage has both heating and air conditioning. Additionally, high speed Internet, cable TV, and an HDMI cord for streaming shows/movies to the TV are available.
What Guests can Access:
The entire guest cottage is exclusively your space. Additionally, you are welcome to explore the estate grounds, make a fire, utilize the outdoor bar and enjoy an afternoon lunch in the tree house! Our only request is clear communication and respect of our property.
Your interaction with guests:
Our interaction with you as our guests is partially up to you! Our standard procedure is to greet you upon arrival, give you the key, a brief tour of the cottage and property, and review the amenities offered. We will always be available via text/phone call for advice of any kind!

We are three miles from downtown Asheville where you will find plenty of delectable restaurants, breweries, art galleries and lively shops filled with primarily Asheville made products! We love Asheville and are happy to share our favorite spots with you. If you have any requests or special needs, please do not hesitate to ask.
