إيجابي: Great space, pool, TV, all facilities as stated were available. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the villa. Hosts greeting, key handover and arrival communication - excellent. Convenience store within walking distance as well as some eateries and coffee shops within 15 minutes walk. Otherwise you need a car or scooter to see the sights from this location. (Beware - we saw more scooter crashes and a car accidents in Koh Samui in one week than any past visit to Asian destinations...)

سلبي: Nothing significant. Unfortunately a bit of construction noise at the rear of the property (July 25) until late at night and the odd village dog at all hours late pm and early am (obviously not under the hosts control). Similar properties we have stayed in provide some water, tea, coffee, small milk to kick off your stay before you stock up the fridge.
