It is a sunny apartment with outhern windows, a balcony and a small terrace where you can enjoy the views to the Kontxa beach. The apartment it's been carefully designed and it is located in the heart of the city. It is available for short-term-stays. The apartment counts with a bedrooom with a double bed (150cm), a bathroom and a living-room. The kitchen integrated in the living-room and it is fully equiped with all the electronical appliances,. The apparment counts also with high speed WIFI. Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. AC and heating in the apartment. It is only 3 minutes away by foot from the beach and 6 minutes from the old town. With many bars, reataurants and shops. It is located next to the cathedral and surrounded by many romantic- styled buildings, that remmember us the Paris of the XIX C. adn to the "Belle Epoque". Without any doubts, this is the most chic area of the city. If you're arriving later than 21h 00 please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :)
