Ortigia Boutique Loft is a handsome and refined property, recently renewed, located in the heart of Siracusa, where al fresco living is the king, close to the marvelous Ortigia island and a perfect base for visiting the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, Mount Etna and more.
While you may spend most of your time by the pool on the lovely outdoor terrace, the interiors have been refurbished to create stylish, contemporary and practical accommodation for couples, families and small groups of friends.

I named this property LOFT because previously it was a brick factory and i restored it following the rules of the industrial style. It’s not in an upper floor but is a ground floor with outdoor area.

It’s the only property in center city with a pool and obviously there might be some noise, especially outside due to the traffic or the normal city life.

INSIDE

Accommodation at Boutique Loft is all on one level.
The main entrance takes one directly into a tiny but welcoming dining area, with the completely equipped kitchen and the table-bar.
Then you get to the living room with modern brown Chester sofas, a large flat screen Tv with entertainment system and an old trunk as side table.
Through a corridor you arrive in the first bedroom, with 2 single beds that can become a double one.
The bathroom, created with concrete walls to give an industrial touch, has a very large shower (120×80).
At the end you will find the master bedroom, with a king size bed, decorated with traditional sicilian items of furniture, bright and clean, away from silence.

OUTSIDE

120 sqm courtyard exclusively for you with a fabulous modern pool with hydromassage where to relax after a busy day or if you just want to work on your tan.
A large paved shady verandah for al fresco dining is on the other side of the terrace with a large table for leisurely breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and comfortable sofas for reclining, snoozing, reading.
