The space
In order to ensure a worry-free stay we collect a $1,000.00 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay.
We can accommodate small gatherings up to 20 people (only 10 overnight) and 6 cars can be parked at all times. Noise is monitored in order not to bother neighbors.

Dining areas with seating for 6 and all the necessary dinnerware.

PARKING:
Free parking is available right outside the property for six cars. NOTE: Street or grass parking is prohibited.

Free WIFl, Smart TVs. We provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, & toiletry) for your first few nights. You may need to purchase more depending on use.
Guest access:
The entire house is for your exclusive use. Please observe check-in time is 4 PM due to high occupancy and new cleaning standards we may not be able to allow for an early check-in. If you require an early check-in, please check with host to block out an additional night (if available) at a discounted rate, this will guarantee an early check-in or request early check-in.

Please NO SMOKING INDOORS. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional cleaning fee.
The property is protected by Surveillance cameras. Located on the exterior of the house at the front and rear of the house) and noise detectors (do not record). The noise detectors are located on the interior and backyard. DO NOT TAMPER WITH CAMERAS OR NOISE DETECTORS. DOING SO WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELATION OF YOUR RESERVATION.
Remember that you're staying in a house, in quiet residential area, we ask that you be mindful of the noise and be respectful to our neighbors. Please treat the home with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you
