Summary: It fit the bill providing three bedrooms and a fairly central location for what we wanted to do for our time in the Vancouver area. Furniture was stained/dirty so not super nice to hang out during the evenings. 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom was awesome! Kitchen was fantistic but was missing a few things (e.g. sharp knives, large frying pan, small spoons, baking sheets). Nothing against the house, but be prepared for the "richmond smell" that is in the area from what I understand now is a nearby landfill site.
