The house is ideal for 10 adults and 4 children maximum.
Sheets, towels, tea towels, shower gel, shampoo and household products are provided.
The house is equipped with fibre and a repeater which guarantees an excellent connection up to the 2nd floor. Ideal for teleworking.
For the little ones: a high chair, plastic dishes, cot in the Ernest room, cot, books and toys are available.
For coffee: filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine.
Other items available: raclette machine, waffle maker, baking accessories.
There are board games in the library area.
The fireplaces are locked.

The village shops are within walking distance (bakery, butcher's shop, grocery shop, pharmacy, bar-tobacco, post office, hairdresser). There are also 2 supermarkets within 5 km and a sunday morning market (Place du Champ de Foire).
You will also have access to numerous activities:
- 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire
- On the edge of the Orléans forest
- Near a leisure centre and magnificent châteaux to visit
- A few metres from the house, there are 3 hiking trails, 2 of which are also accessible by bike, a children's playground, a basketball court and a football pitch

Once you have made your reservation, the access codes for the property will be sent to you.

Once the reservation request is made, an email with a payment and registration link will be sent to you. In addition, a bank imprint of 1500€ will be made and will act as a deposit (the amount will not be collected).

⏱️ Departure: before 11am
Early check-in (12pm instead of 5pm) or late check-out (6pm instead of 11am) are options available up to 10 days before the start of your stay.
These options are available in exchange for a fee of 30% of the average nightly rate, except for a late check-out on Sunday where the fee will be 50% of the average nightly rate.

Parties are not allowed and we have set up a warning system in case of repeated exceeding of the decibel limit (without sound recording).

In order to continue to guarantee the quality of accommodation, we ask travellers to take the utmost care during their stay:
✘ Parties are not allowed.
✘ Exclusive use of the house to travellers who have booked.
✘ No smoking in the house.
✘ Pets are not allowed.
✘ The house must be returned tidy, dishes done and put back in their place, bed linen (duvet cover/sheets/pillowcase) removed and folded roughly, towels gathered in the bathroom.
✘ A checklist is available in the accommodation before departure.
