"Maison Normandy" is a superb and typical Normandy style house, with a large swimming pool, wooded outdoors of 27 000 Sq ft, a gym, 5 bedrooms and high-end finishes; it is ideal for stays with family or friends. This quiet house is 3 minutes away from the beautiful beach and the shops of Villers sur Mer (bakery, supermarket, restaurants etc.) and only 15 minutes away from Deauville.
With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 10 beds, you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, a fireplace, a large garden, a barbecue a gym and a top-of-the-range and warm decoration, a couple minutes away from charming cities.

The deckchairs will enable you to enjoy the swimming pool (108 Sq ft x 54 Sq ft or 10 meters by 5), the beautiful outdoor table is ideal for meals and aperitifs; the house is also equipped with a barbecue.

Maison Normandy is made of two Normandy-style houses: the main house of 130m2 (1400 Sq ft) includes 3 bedrooms including 1 Master Bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. The main house has on the ground floor a living room with a fireplace and a large table that can accommodate 10 people, and the beautiful and fully equipped kitchen also includes a large table with benches. The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs.

and the Second House includes 2 bedrooms : 1 ground floor bedroom and 1 bathroom, and 1 master bedroom on the 1st floor.

The Second House of 50m2 (540 Sq ft) is made up of two floors: on the ground floor a bedroom with a beautiful view of the garden, and a living room with a kitchenette including a Nespresso coffee machine and high table; and on the first floor a second master bedroom with a desk, overlooking the garden.

The gym is a dedicated wellness area (yoga mat, weights, bench).

You will have access to all of Maison Normandy: the Main House, the Second house, the swimming pool, the gym, the garden.
Someone will welcome you for the check in, and will also do the check out with you.
