It also has a 40 foot yacht that can be chartered with a captain docked right behind the home. 1 new Jetski that can also be rented daily. New Ping pong table for daily entertainment and a new filtered cold plunge. Fresh quality bed linen and all the cooking tools needed. Location is ideal and Near all shopping and dining.

This newly built home has 7 bedrooms. 6 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and the 7th bedroom has two small beds with a small play area for small kids to enjoy.
