إيجابي: The staff were genuinely friendly and efficient. The hotel is quirky and charming. There is plenty of outdoor seating and a guest lounge which was a great, quiet spot to read and have a coffee. I had the best eggs benedict I have had in a long time. There is a small selection at breakfast but the quality was great and it is served in the charming dining room overlooking the common. Our room was a little on the small side but it was clearly advertised as a cosy double. The decor was great, there was room for everything you would need for a short stay including a small sofa-style chair. The bathroom was well designed with a good shower and delightful fish-patterned wall paper. I really appreciated the instructions for the coffee machine in the room - they are all different and it was helpful to know how the one in the room worked.
