Tankless hot water so you will not run out of hot water even with 12 people taking showers. Gas grill, charcoal grill, satellite TV with DVR, large front porch and screened back porch. NO INTERNET - hot spots work well.
ATTENTION: We have four outside cats that hang out on the front porch so if you have someone that is allergic to cats, please plan accordingly. This house is in the country so cats are nice to have around for pests control.
