Positive: We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every part of it. The open breakfast bar was excellent, with a wide variety of options that changed every day, so it never felt repetitive. The Turkish tea was especially good dont miss that.We also tried the open dinner, and it was amazing — clearly better than the nearby restaurants, both in quality and variety. The spa was outstanding. We had a Balinese massage that was very relaxing and professionally done. The dry and wet saunas were extremely clean and well maintained. Room service was great, always prompt and high quality. Our room had a beautiful park view, which I really liked. A special thank you to Nuray, who was very easy to communicate with, extremely welcoming, and speaks perfect English. She made everything smooth and comfortable for us throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Negative: Better English communication skills across all staff would make an already great stay even more seamless.
