Just beyond the foyer is the large, open living area. This bright space includes the dining area, kitchen, and living room in an inviting open floor plan. The new, fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to make meals or snacks for the day's outing, and the long dining table and plush sofas provide ample space for good conversation. The laundry room/mudroom is across the hall, and includes a full-size washer and dryer, large sink, and area to hang jackets, place sandy shoes and dry off any furry friends that may have come along. This room, or the adjacent garage can easily store your beach toys and chairs.
