ملخص: Let’s start with the positive, beautiful location and convenience for exploring and love the history of the buildings. That history comes with downsides, rooms are very small, drains always blocked and the towel rail was burning hot the whole time. Our room was next to the kitchen so always noisy. The service was inconsistent (mostly bad) and the food was average to poor (called it a risotto but came out looking like week old sushi rice). Much potential but needs some TLC, staff training and leadership.
