This apartment consists in a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and closet, bathroom with bathtub, separate kitchen from the living room with TV and access to the balcony.

Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine and kettle.



Access



The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood



Apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the heights of St Sylvestre. Shops are nearby.

Buses and tram will bring you quickly to the city center. Massena Square is 20 minutes away with the tram. Restaurants, bars and shops await you, all a stone’s throw from the Old Town and the Port area... not to mention the beach and Promenade des Anglais.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by public transportation: take the tram line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Jean Médecin. Then take tram n°1 towards Henri Sappia and get off at Le Ray stop. Journey takes around 1 hour, and this stop is 400m away from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Train station « Nice Ville » is 3km away, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

You can come in Nice by car and park in the private garage in the residence.

Our cleaning and laundry fees are very light.

Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.

All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
