Positive: As a Japanese family, we found this apartment to offer a wonderful space in an excellent location.

Negative: The only drawback is the unclear entry process. The written guidance and photos are insufficient and, for first-time users, can only be described as unhelpful. Please imagine arriving in the cold winter evening, carrying heavy luggage, in the dark, and facing a door that will not open. In such a situation, the only way to seek help is via messages that are not responded to quickly. The instructions should clearly include: a clear photo of the building entrance; an explanation that there are two security points for building (a wooden door and a steel gate); and a note that after unlocking the room door, the button must be turned like a thumb-turn to actually open it. Italians or Europeans may be familiar with this system, but many guests are not. I saw a review mentioning that someone broke the lever, and I completely understand how that could happen. If it is improved, I’d like to give 10.
