Right on the top of a hill, overlooking the Magnan neighbourhood, mountain on the right and sea on the left.

The flat has twobedrooms: one double bedroom with a 160cm bed, one double bedroom with a 140cm bed both with a direct access to the terrace. There are two bathrooms here as well.

The flat entrance opens to the lounge area and kitchen, which continues to the hall that gives you access to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The open kitchen is fully equipped and opens up to the big lounge, which has a sofa bed.

There is a shared swimming pool and a double garage, which you can use during your stay.
