Fire place - please only use the wood fire if you know how to use one. Firelighters and matches kept in kitchen pantry area

Look around the shelving in Rumpus area for a few good books, magazines, puzzles & games

Kitchen
There is a supply of basic kitchen condiments in the pantry. Sugar, tea (black and herbal, coffee for plunger and coffee for machine, cooking oil, vinegar, tamari, salt and pepper.
On the bench you will find a coffee machine kettle and toaster
In the cupboard under the sink you will find dishcloths, detergent, and a spare garbage bag. Prior to departure, it would be appreciated if all dirty dishes could be washed and put away.

BBQ
Please feel free to use the BBQ. If you do use the BBQ could you please ensure that it is cleaned after use.
There are cleaning supplies provided under the kitchen sink
Picnic baskets/blankets can be found in the pantry area

Outdoor area
Please feel free to use the table tennis table. Bats and balls in the white cupboard in rumpus room

Rubbish and Recycling
There is a general garbage bin and a recycling bin at front of house
Rubbish bins are emptied Tuesday morning. Can you please put the bins on the curb on Monday evening or when you vacate.

Washing
There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry.
Washing liquid provided.

Checking Out
The general rule is to leave it how you found it. Please lock all doors and windows. Keys go back in the lockbox.

Smoking — There is no smoking policy at Pebble Views, in or around it. Please take any butts with you and take care to look after this slice of paradise.

Eating and Drinking — Please keep food and drink out of the bedrooms. Stains and spills can be difficult on the delicate fabrics.

NOISE - Lastly but very importantly be mindful of your noise levels at the house. There is to be no excessive noise at any time of the day or night and you need to abide by council law and not have audible noise to the neighbours past 10pm on weekends. We have a no party policy at the house. Bonds are withheld if there is a breach in residential noise restrictions and our neighbours are disturbed. There are now new council laws stating there is to be no outside use of the house from 10pm, from this time you need to be indoors.

This property is the inspiration of our father and his love for this part of the world. Through our early business conferences held here and subsequent visits it feels like home by the sea.
The house is set on a magnificent cliff top overlooking Philip Island with panoramic views up Western Port Bay and into Bass Strait. It is the classic beach shack renovated with trendy 70/80s decor and a really cool feel. It boasts a great Al fresco outdoor living entertaining area and a sizeable garden for backyard cricket and table tennis!
A short 200m walk to the beach edge and close to surf breaks and stunning Flinders pier and fishing cove. It’s also only a few minutes’ walk into the charming village. Surrounded by rolling green hills, rugged coastline, golf courses and wineries.
It is also the reincarnation of the setting of Pebble Beach, California, USA. Hence Pebble Views was born and we hope you enjoy the stay and share it with generations of family in the future!

It’s also a property in the Gift a Break group which is a socially responsible stay. All profits from these holiday rentals provide a much needed free stay to aligned charity groups. Participating groups include Otis Foundation Breast Cancer network.
