ملخص: Very, very happy with my stay. The owner and his son far exceeded my expectations. They were so incredibly helpful from start to finish. They gave me great recommendations of where to visit and eat, helped me with Yango so I can get around, and find everything I need. They went above and beyond for me. When I encountered a problem at the time of check out, the owner’s son accompanied me to resolve it. I’ve never encountered such excellent service like this. Absolutely outstanding. The room was immaculate. It was so unbelievably clean. To be honest, much cleaner than I’ve ever maintained my house! There was everything I needed. I had stayed in accommodations in Zambia and Zimbabwe beforehand that didn’t have any adapters for my plugs or USBs, so I bought one in Windhoek airport and didn’t need it because he had it all. Very safe location. Owner is conscious of guests’ safety and gives tips on best practices. Walking distance to museums, malls, food, everything. I just put on some sunglasses and a hat and took off walking - safe, clean, easy walk to the center! If I ever find myself in Windhoek, I will be running to this place and I recommend to everyone. I was so surprised at how attentive the owner was that the night I got there I called my mother to tell her how lucky I am because the last hotels I had stayed at were horrible. Also, love the hot water
