Conveniently located in the center of the 290 Wine Trail, slightly off of Highway 290, you will find our small Pedernales River cottage. Our house is located close to many of the wineries, community attractions such as Luckenbach and Albert, a couple of miles down road from the LBJ Ranch, historical LBJ State and National Parks and the small community of Hye, Texas (less than 5 miles away) and the ever so popular historic town of Fredericksburg (15 miles away). There are endless numbers of day trips and adventures that can be taken from our convenient location. Evenings may be spent on our private outdoor patio located under large Oak trees, grilling on the grill, sitting by the fire pit, watching wildlife and livestock as they come to the Pedernales River at dusk and enjoying our hot tub. We have a great view of the river from the back patio. Our river frontage is beautiful, even during a drought. The low water bridge slightly down stream backs up the water on our riverbanks making it an idea location to float a kayak or canoe. 2 kayaks and 1 canoe are on site. Our house is set up with 2 master suites, each with a king size bed and private bath. In addition to the king beds, each room also has 2 single beds for additional sleeping. House sleeps a total of 8 people.
