Newly refurbished kitchen and two bathrooms (both are upstairs). Large, open family room with 50” Smart TV, perfect for family gatherings. Large covered deck with string lights for evenings outdoors. Guest access:
You will be able to access the entire house except for the basement, which we use for owner supplies and materials. There is free on street parking and we have a keyless code entry. There is also an additional door from the kitchen that walks out to a cute, quaint covered porch that has trendy lighting and is perfect for late night or early morning breaks!

Perfect central location for families visiting UC, Xavier, Thomas Moore, NKU, and other local colleges and trade schools. Also close to the ark, the Newport aquarium, and everything Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky.
