Positive: We love the staff, their quick responses to anything you need, knowledge and familiarity with the area overall great hospitality. Been coming for decades because of location, awesome pool and relaxed atmosphere. Love the rooms. We love how pet friendly they are.

Negative: This was the first year (over decades of coming to Riviera) that the landscaping looked pretty bad/unkempt. Things were really in need of maintenance around the pool and property. Also cleaning crew were a thumbs down this time.

Summary: Still my favorite motel!
