Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Super location, very close to the beach access and local sites/restaurants. No stairs inside and pleasant accommodations. Rental agency was superb, reacted quickly when I needed a few things.

Negative: We had a few bugs, one toilet seat was loose and some lights were out, one sink was closed at the drain and wouldn't open, odd vines with thorns were growing on the back deck and could have been poison oak, paint cans were left on the back deck

Summary: This is a darling house with no stairs inside. It is in a terrific location with easy beach access.
