إيجابي: Yanis meet us in front of the house and show us everything. There are space for 2 cars in the garden. This is not just house, this is HOME! Very comfortable and spacious home with everything you need. It doesn't shine with new and fancy appearance but everything (furniture, equipment, rooms, garden) is cozy and stable. AC in living room and 2 upper rooms, fans in bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 baths with hot water all the time, and the most equipped kitchen of all that I have visited in my travels. We fеll in love with big table near BBQ under lemon trees and the charming corner just in front of the beach and sea. That was the place where we have our morning coffee waiting fishmen to bring their fresh catch and buy from them some "fagry" or other kind of fish. Thank you Yanis for the peace, freedom and joy of staying in your home.

سلبي: There is no market or shop in the village but Volos is just around 10 km apart from Kritharia, where is easy to find everything. The charming villages in mountain Pelion are the good reason to leave for couple of hours the paradise in Seaside resort.
