The converted farm is located in the Wesermarsch amidst cow and horse pastures.
It is 7 km to the North Sea beach bath Sehestedt on the Jade Bay with the unique 'floating moor' of Europe with salt meadow adventure path and the Wadden Sea National Park. The historic Seefeld mill with cultural program is not far either. In the area there is also the largest private zoo in Germany in Jaderberg, the amusement park Tossens as well as the small town of Varel with local museum, beautiful harbor and the Dangast lido with sea water spring bath. Bremerhaven with the Klimahaus, emigration center and zoo with polar bears could also be the destination for a nice day trip. Because of the many toys and equipment, the house is ideal for families. But even those looking for peace and quiet without children with a love for nature and the garden feel particularly comfortable here.
