Southern Mountain Garden Retreat | House in Phoenix, AZ

A tranquil retreat at the foot of The South Mountain Preserve with a view of one of Phoenix's best public golf courses ! We are in a very quiet, small gated community which has a well maintained Pool & Hot Tub to relax in. It's a 10 minute walk to hiking, biking & Horse riding trails at the preserve. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is only a 7 minute drive away yet you never hear a plane go by!
Shopping & Dining are only a few minutes away in any direction with some of the best Southwest restaurants awaiting you.
You are only a 15 minute drive to Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix or Chandler. ASU is just a couple of miles away if you're visiting for the annual Spring training.
The house itself is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are 3 bedrooms: The master has a King size bed & an ensuite bathroom & Cable T.V. There is a Queen size bed in another bedroom with a full bathroom nearby in the hallway to share with the third bedroom which has adult size bunk beds with the lower bunk being a larger double bed. A pack- n -play for your baby with the appropriate bedding is provided, bed linens, towels for the house & the pool, Shower essentials ( soap, shampoo & conditioner) & all paper products are also provided. The kitchen has all the utensils you will need for cooking & serving. There is a gas grill for you to barbecue in the back yard where you can listen to the sound of the fountain & watch native birds come for a drink.
The driveway can accommodate a large SUV & there is nearby street parking too.
We have decorated the house with objects of art & handmade rugs we love & hope you enjoy too. We always strive to make it the home you will always remember & where you made some great memories!
