This modern, Mediterranean-style condo has an open concept, a large balcony ideal for relaxing with family and friends and has an easy, short access to the refreshing outdoor pool. The condo is perfect for individuals working from home, couples or a small family who want a quiet getaway while remaining close to all local amenities. We are located in a quiet, residential area next to "Atlantic Shores" and are within walking distance to the beaches and other necessities. We strive to provide you with an at home, island feel while you stay on the island of Barbados.
Our nightly charges are based on double occupancy with 1 bedroom/2 bathrooms. The second bedroom can be added for an additional charge and a small fee is charged with each additional person added to your travel party.

LIVING SPACE:
There are spacious living and dining areas as well as a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and bar. The living room is perfect for relaxing, working and watching movies. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and it has a large pantry for food storage. The round, 4-person dining table is perfect for enjoying meals and great conversations.
The large master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, plenty of room for storage and the Mahogany double doors open up to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom contains a large soaker tub and a open rain shower. The second bedroom has a single-sized bed, A/C and ceiling fan. The additional 3-piece bathroom also contains a rain shower. The large dining room and outdoor patio give ample space for individuals who need to work from home. The high-speed internet is perfect for video streaming and conference calls from work.

THE AREA:
The condo is within walking distance to several famous places: a mere 5 min. walk to Freights Bay, which is famous for surfing and snorkeling; a 10-12 minute walk to Miami (Enterprise) Beach, a well-known spot for swimming and sunbathing; an 18-20 minute walk to the delicious food and nightlife found in Oistins village; a 25 minute walk to the large supermarket; and less than a 5 minute walk to a small grocery shop. Of course, these travel times can be shortened with the use of a rental car, taxi, or local public transportation. The condo is approximately a 10-15 minute drive from Grantley Adams International Airport, so you can start to enjoy your vacation almost immediately after you arrive on the island.

CONCIERGE SERVICES:
The property is managed by Denise & Deborah, who are happy to personalize your stay and assist with all your needs. Some of these services include: preparing for guests’ arrival, pre-stocking groceries (at an additional cost), and assisting with reservations for car rentals, dining, excursions, and activities.

AC Units:
The AC units are located in the bedrooms only. The rest of the condo is outfitted with fans to keep guests cool.

Laundry Access:
Guests will have their own washer & dryer.

Extra Person Fee:
We charge an extra person fee above 2 people: US$30 per person per night.

Additional Units:
We also have 3 other units located in the same building. The units are called "DeMoon", "Sirius" and "Betty's place".

Additional Optional Fees:
We have a cleaning person who will clean and change your linens once per week. If you would like a second or more visits, the cost is $60US per cleaning.

We are happy to book a rental car for you if desired. The car will be waiting for you at the airport and will give you a temporary license on the spot. Note: Barbados drives on the left-hand side.
