You'll particularly appreciate the balcony and the location (close to the quays of the Seine, with plenty of restaurants and brasseries nearby).

The flat is just a stone's throw from metro line 6.
There is a Franprix supermarket 350 m from the building, where you can do your everyday shopping.

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
