The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a new elegant building on the Lungomare a few steps from the church of the Spirito Santo (A. D. 1750 circa).

The apartment is characterized by a large terrace with outdoor kitchen from which you have a 360 degree view of the Scilla bay, from punta Pacì to the sixteenth century castle of Ruffo di Calabria. The terrace is furnished with flowering plants (buganvilee) and local succulents and is the real "center" of the house.
