Beautifully appointed Cottage located right off of New River. This home is perfect for guests visiting the New River Valley, or looking for a relaxing getaway with no neighbors in site!. Just 25 minutes to Virginia Tech, 15 minutes to Radford University, and 25 minutes to Claytor lake state park! Located directly on New River, you can get no closer to the some of the best fishing and tubing that the New River has to offer!

-Pets are allowed but a require an additional pet fee, please add your pet when booking or let host know so fee can be added. Max 2 dogs.
-Wi-Fi and house phone provided. Cellphone service in the area is limited but can send out messages and make calls over the Wi-Fi.

All area of the house are open to guests use. Including the front view of the river where guests can fish and enjoy all the river has to offer. The hot tub is also available for guests use.
From the entrance of the home you are greeted by an inviting front porch where you can enjoy mornings looking out onto New River. The living room and kitchen area open to each other. The bathroom on the main floor has been recently updated with hickory vanity and walk in shower. The main floor bedroom has a great view of the river. The upstairs bedrooms are a cape cod style with one side featuring a queen bed and the other side has a reading nook and pull out futon. The back deck has a barbeque and great for entertaining.
A 25 minute drive to I-81.
