This 3 bedroom octagon shaped river house has a king bedroom, queen bedroom, loft with two twin beds, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There is also a separate bunk house that has two sets of bunk beds/full bathroom on the same floor as the house. Large deck to hang out/grill, etc. The river house sits about 40 feet off the water front. The river is great for swimming, tanning, boating, etc. The house is about 15 minutes from Florence, Al. Numerous restaurants and activities available.

Summary: Good stay. The inside of the home and bunk house was great, very clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The outside deck furniture and chairs around the fire pit were pretty dirty and could use some attention. The barbecue grills were not usable as they were also very dirty with caked residue and rust. They looked as if they had not been cleaned in some time and have been sitting for a while. The place overall is very cute and as described. The yard and river front is beautiful with easy access to the water. The host was very responsive and we had no issues checking in or accessing the home.
