Summary: Amenities are excellent and we love this hotel but we did not have a clean room There was a huge hairball in our shower and other types of hair all over the shower. We had to clean it up ourselves There was trash in the room and more hair all over the restroom floor. There were lights out all over the room; broken lamp, light bulb out and strip of light out in the restroom. I took pictures of everything. We would stay again because we are Marriott members and we love the rooftop. But disappointed we did not get a good room this trip.
