Positive: Kitchen was well-appointed, full size refrigerator. We were able to cook some nice meals and the basket of foods was a big hit with hot chocolate, coffee, creamer, hot cereal, granola bars, tea, popcorn snacks. The beds were comfortable. We loved being able to walk to the beach.

Negative: Ran out of toilet paper. No housekeeping during stay. Only one spot for cars. Just felt a bit dated.

Summary: Great place for a family stay, not fancy, but very comfortable
