This charming 3-bedroom house is the ultimate haven for families and friends seeking a memorable getaway. Spread over three beautifully decorated stories, the home offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance.

The living room features two comfortable sofas, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals.

For added convenience, the property features a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washing machine, a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

But the real showstopper is the spacious terrace, complete with a barbecue, where you can enjoy outdoor cooking while taking in the peaceful views.

Two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and balconies, offering a private retreat for guests. The third bedroom has sofa beds, as in the living room, providing ample sleeping space for everyone. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The three bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Tocha is a charming village located in the central region of Portugal, within the municipality of Cantanhede in the district of Coimbra. Known for its serene and picturesque environment, Tocha offers a blend of rural tranquillity and coastal beauty.

The village is accessible by road, with good connections to major highways. Public transportation options include buses that connect Tocha to nearby towns and cities.

Tocha has local markets where you can buy fresh produce, seafood, and traditional Portuguese products. There are also small shops and supermarkets catering to daily needs.

The village boasts several restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy authentic Portuguese cuisine, including fresh seafood dishes, local wines, and regional specialities.

One of the most popular attractions is Praia da Tocha, known for its golden sands and clear waters. It's a perfect spot for sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying various water sports. The beach is well-maintained and features amenities such as beach bars, restaurants, and facilities for beachgoers. Surrounding the beach are expansive dunes and lush pine forests, providing a beautiful natural backdrop and opportunities for hiking and nature walks.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 90-minute drive from the property.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 128-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
