1 Bedroom Apartment with Security, Internet and Kitchen

Summary:
Our smallest Tiny House yet and on a private area of our property! It's tucked away in a fenced in area. Can you vacation in 152 square feet? We know it's possible. The Sea Shell is blue and gray giving it the beachy theme, not to mention the natural light is incredible. Sea Shell offers a sleeping loft with a queen bed and large kitchen. Cute private outdoor seating. Loft is accessible by a ladder.
Check in is 3PM - Check out is 10AM.
The Space:
Enjoy your own tiny house while on vacation. The house is located in a tiny house park. Each house is equipped with a kitchenette, full bath and outdoor patio. You can also use our community center to hang out and play billiards or darts. Behind the community center, there is a large deck with lots of seating, fire pits, bar area and outdoor showers. Pets are welcome for a $50 fee.
Guest Access:
Self check-in at 3pm. Door code is emailed and texted 11am the day of arrival and activates at 3pm check-in time.
The Neighborhood:
Located right across the South bridge from Siesta Key. We are about a mile walk to beach access 12 and a 7 minute drive to the public beach area.
Getting Around:
While a car is convenient, you can get around without a car. Bike rentals are available on the key. You can also use Frog Hop to get to the beach and Siesta Key Village.
Other Things to Note:
Tiny houses have smaller water tanks than a normal house. We suggest taking short showers if your group plans to shower one after the other.

Summary: This was a great experience. Check in was great, hosts were great! It was very clean, just a little too small for us and we decided the loft and latter doesn’t work for us “older” folks! Jonny’s rideshare was a great company to ride to Siesta Key Village highly recommend. Loved Abel’s Ice Cream also highly recommend. It was hard to find the house at 10pm in the dark, so you need to know its to the far right end of the string of houses and it faces the Mexican restaurant and the parking lot!
