TomTom Hostel | منزل في Krakow، Poland

إيجابي: Really good value for money hostel. Comfy beds. City centre. Clean bathrooms. Not a social hostel more like a hotel but that wasn’t a personal problem for us just to hear in kind for solo travellers. The walls are kinda thin haha so you can hear someone using the hair dryer from your room all the way down a corridor, but like it’s not bad to a point where you can’t sleep!

سلبي: The check in was slightly worrying in the first instance because you get sent a message bang on 4pm check in time but I thought I was missing something! Other than that though all easy.

إيجابي: Great location close to the city center and the old town. Good price. Grocery store just on the other side of the street. Train station and bus stops are near. Good price for a separate room. The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable.

سلبي: There was no sign on the building indicating it was a hostel. Instead, the walls of the building were covered with random graffiti. The bathroom and showers were the primary disappointment - it was impossible to close the door in one toilet stall and in one shower stall. There was no shelf in the showers where to put personal hygiene products when taking a shower. Taking a shower is not particularly convenient because there is no shower spray holder in the cabins. The sinks of the washbasins are small for washing. While washing, taking a shower or sitting in the toilet, I had to constantly make active movements so that the light would not go out due to the sensor, which turned it off quite quickly. The door to the men's bathroom doesn't close. Bathrooms could be cleaner. The audibility in the room is incredible, the walls are very thin and it was noisy. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway, in the neighboring rooms, opening and closing doors, passing cars, trams, and even passers-by with suitcases on wheels near the building. It was not easy to rest and relax in such an environment, I did not get enough sleep. The room lacked a night light near the head of the bed. My arrival in Krakow was closer to midnight, I had previously asked about the possibility of checking in at night, but unfortunately the administrator was not flexible about the check-in and did not compromise, although it was not so difficult to simply leave the key in the section with the code for the new guest. The kitchen is located in the hallway and it clearly lacks a refrigerator, where guests could store their food if desired. No common area outside of the room for the tenants. It is clear that this place of residence is budgetary, but certain improvements in living conditions are still worth making, so my 5 points out of 10 would be an advance assessment for subsequent improvements. Moreover, the location of the hostel is very promising.

سلبي: No internet connection very poor

إيجابي: Comfortable beds. Big room. Simple but we needed it only for sleeping anyway. Quiet during night. Great location. Great value for the money.

سلبي: The men toilets were getting extremely dirty during night time.

إيجابي: Blisko do centrum.

سلبي: Wi-fi porażka.

إيجابي: I hasn't seen any staff,I didn't have to talk to anyone, it's perfect

إيجابي: The location is great the room is simple but the bed is comfy and good for the price

سلبي: The facilities are not great, the toilets and bathrooms smell for the most part, and o would go into the shower without flip flops. The kitchen has like one spoon and one knife and no fridge so not great if you want to eat there as well.
