سلبي: Our water stopped working (toilet flush, shower, and sink). We reported the issue around 4pm and were told it was being fixed, but when we returned later that evening it still hadn’t been resolved. As we were travelling with a sleeping baby, we couldn’t have anyone come to repair it overnight and had to go without water until the following morning (we had no water for around 18 hours in total). Nomad Holidays offered only a small compensation, which didn’t reflect the level of inconvenience, and the issue was poorly managed by the site manager. The kettle in our room didn’t work properly - it kept boiling continuously and never switched off, which could be a fire hazard. There was also a drinking water tower placed in our room, but it was broken and leaked all over the floor. It was removed after a few days, and we were provided with bottled water instead. Additionally, the doors have large gaps allowing insects to enter - not ideal in a country with mosquito-borne diseases, especially when travelling with a baby. The beds are also very high, which could be difficult for shorter guests or anyone with mobility issues.
