Outdoors: charcoal grill (bring charcoal and fire starter) and gas grill with bottle attached. Dining table surrounded by 4 chairs and a bench, 2 stools at the kitchen counter, table and chairs on the nook of back deck, behind cabin: picnic table and benches at outdoor fire pit. Ladder ball and horse shoes game for outdoor fun. Full size washer and dryer in Utility closet. Modern kitchen has appliances and cookware so meals can be prepared. No smoking inside cabin. Pet fee $30 with Pet Policy - dog (or 2) must be supervised or crated at all times - not be allowed to roam. No cats. Fire extinguisher for emergency. Check out time 11:00 a.m. FIRM because of Cleaners' Schedule. Excellent location- Cedar Creek Golf Course, Beavers Bend State Park, ATV trails, fishing and hunting-all minutes away plus Hochatown which also has restaurants, gift shops, and activities. One of the main attractions of the area is Broken Bow Lake for fishing, boating, and other water sports.
