Upon entering the home you are greeted with an open floor plan made up of the bright and colorful living room, dining room, and kitchen. Dining room is equipped with a dining table that accommodates 8 people and is at arms length from a practical kitchen island with two stools.

Exiting the kitchen to the rear through the hallway you find a full bath with walk-in shower. Adjoining the restroom is a storage area with direct access to the patio and driveway for easy unloading of beach toys and luggage. This storage space offers shelves for storing luggage, and includes beach towels, beach cart, and beach accessories for your convenience.

Beyond the first restroom is an ensuite bedroom that doesn't share a wall with either entertainment area thereby adding to its restful character. A full bath, large closet, and TV complete this room.

Opposite the hallway lies another bedroom furnished with two twin bunk beds, closet, and TV.

At the end of the hallway one finds a separate laundry room, family room, and master bedroom. Its easy to do laundry with the aid of the existing laundry bins and folding table. Next to it, enjoy the TV in the spacious family room that leads out to the pool deck.
The master room also has its own exit to the pool area and is fully equipped with a king size bed, walk-in closet, double vanity sink, double walk-in shower, and jetted tub. All bedrooms have USB speed charging ports for your electronic devices.

The pool area and yard are perfect for entertaining or relaxing with friends and family. A conversation set for four and a patio table with 6 chairs make it an ideal covered pool deck to hang out in, with separate BBQ area. New 4 burner grill!

Walk around the side of the house and set yourself apart from the pool crowd while you relax and read a book on one of the multiple hammocks provided, or play corn hole in the yard there is something for everyone !
