ملخص: Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, was traveling with 2 dogs and the outdoor pet area had not been tended to in quite some time. I let the staff know twice that the pick up bags were out (all 3 sections). Unfortunately this was never addressed during our 2 night stay and we specifically selected Aloft dut to being advertised as "pet friendly
