GARAGE + PARKING
The garage is available to guests. There is ample room for parking in the driveway and additional side parking for boats or RVs.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Covered patio, private outdoor pool

No unauthorized parties or events are allowed.

POOL:
-The pool area is not fenced, so this property may NOT be suitable for children.
-No glass containers of any kind are allowed in the pool. This is for guest safety and is strictly enforced.

QUIET HOURS: from 10:00 PM till 8:00 AM
(this is a quiet neighborhood, so you must be respectful of the neighbors.)

BBQ GRILL:
We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full but aren't always sure. If you have to fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

Must be 25+ years old and an experienced guest to book.
No third-party bookings are allowed. The guest must be staying at the property.

NO SMOKING or VAPING
There is no smoking inside the home. A violation will result in a minimum fee of $500. You are welcome to smoke outside, 10 feet away from the house, with closed windows and doors.

Guest Access:
The whole estate, including the garage, is accessible to guests.
