This 1941 home offers vintage charm with modern comforts. Start your day at our fully-equipped coffee and tea bar featuring a Keurig, drip maker, pour-over carafe, and electric tea kettle - with complimentary K-cups, coffee, teas, sweeteners, and creamers. Enjoy complimentary instant oatmeal for quick breakfasts and microwave popcorn for movie nights with Netflix! Your dogs will love the spacious, private backyard, while you'll appreciate thoughtful amenities like dedicated device charging stations, gigabit fiber internet with fast Wi-Fi, and complimentary laundry facilities. Stay comfortable year-round with central gas forced air heating controlled by an easy-to-use ecobee smart thermostat. The home has the characteristic quirks of its era (no dishwasher), but these add to its authentic appeal. Our 5-star cleanliness rating ensures a fresh, welcoming space for every guest.

Guest access:
Easy and secure access is provided through a Sifely smart lock on the front door, with additional manual deadbolts on both front and back doors for extra security during your stay. You'll have full access to the upper floor, backyard, and downstairs laundry area with second bathroom. Two areas downstairs plus the garage and garden shed are private, but you have convenient front street or rear driveway parking. For pet parents: both back gates have secure latches for worry-free outdoor time with your dogs. For your security, there's an Arlo doorbell camera at the front door (available for guest use as a doorbell), and we maintain a strict no-cameras-anywhere-else policy on the property.

Other things to note:
We happily welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs of any size - no breed restrictions! While we can't accommodate cats at this time, we're animal lovers open to discussing special requests. Seasonal comfort: three window AC units are installed June through September, with flexible window options during shoulder seasons for temperature control. As your hosts, we pledge to be highly responsive and friendly, available to help with anything you need during your stay.
For your comfort and safety, we provide snow removal from sidewalks during winter stays, and there's also a snow shovel available for your convenience if needed. During spring and summer, regular lawn maintenance and watering will occur - we'll always try to notify you in advance of any yard work.
A unique neighborhood feature that our guests love: you'll likely spot our local wild turkeys wandering the streets! They're friendly regular visitors that add to the neighborhood's charm.
