Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.
Late Check-out Fee policy
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
$100 minimum fee so it's the % or $100, whichever is higher
