The Space:
The pool and BBQ deck are open daily from 9am to dusk.

This is a peaceful, respectful and family oriented community. Absolutely no parties, unregistered guests, smoking or disruptions to the quiet enjoyment of the community.

Violations of any house rules will result in a non-refundable termination of your reservation and removal by our onsite security team.

We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

This private newly renovated studio is the perfect place to enjoy your time in LA. With a full kitchen, bathroom and large closet you will have everything you need throughout your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the pots, pans and utensils you will need to make a meal using the stove, oven and microwave.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

This small complex is completely renovated and includes access to an amazing pool and outdoor BBQ deck.

In compliance with El Segundo's Short Term Rental ordinances this unit is available for stays of 31 days or more only. Additionally, there will be no Transient Occupancy Tax applied to these reservations.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

✔️Booked guests only, please NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS allowed on the property (at any time of day), without host's prior agreement

✔️NO PARTIES
-Unit equipped with NoiseAware smart home noise detection sensors and monitoring system
-Parties or excessive noise of any kind will result in eviction by our onsite security team and non-refundable cancellation of reservation

✔️Community quite hours between 10pm and before 8am - This is a peaceful quiet community.

✔️No alcohol, glass or music at the pool or BBQ deck. Please remove all trash and return furniture to original location.

✔️NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind in the unit OR anywhere on the property. This has a major impact on future guests and neighbors. $200 penalty will be charged.

✔️Guests with zero prior host reviews (or negative/questionable reviews) will be required to pay a $300 additional security deposit. This will be requested through Airbnb's payment system and MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ARRIVAL or your reservation will be cancelled (a house rule violation). The security deposit will be returned 1 day after checkout.

✔️LA County requires a 12% Transient Occupancy Tax which will be included in booking fees

✔️All guests must have a valid working phone number so we are able to contact them if needed. Failure to provide this can result in non-refundable cancellation of reservation.

✔️Please respect our future guests. Our cleaning crew requires all the time after check-out to prepare for the next guest. Guest must check-out on time. Failure to do so can result in $50/hour penalty for the 1st two hours. After two hours guest will be charged a penalty of one full nightly rack rate(this can vary from the rate the guesy booked at). This penalty does not provide guest the right to stay an additional night, but serves as a penalty for late check-out only.

Guest Access:
The entire studio will be private for guests. The pool and BBQ deck are shared with other guests and residents.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the amazing city of El Segundo, this unit is walking distance to the downtown Main St area which has countless restaurants, bars and shops. El Segundo beach is about 1 mile away. Manhattan Beach is an 8 min drive.

LAX is conveniently located 8 min away as well.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of free guest parking on the street located steps from the unit. Many of our guests use Uber/Lyft throughout their stay which is a really cost effective and convenient way to get around LA.

Interaction with Guests:
Completely contactless check-in process using digital keypads.

We are available through messaging or phone call as needed throughout your stay.
