Guests checking in early or checking out late are subject to incur additional charges of up to $100 if prior authorization is not requested and approved by the host.

A maximum of two pets are happily allowed at the apartment. If you plan to bring your pet(s), we charge a flat $100 rate per stay though we have some restrictions for pets heavier than 80 lbs. Please message us to inquire further about our pet policy or to ask about any possible exceptions when it comes to our pet policy.

Our philosophy is to provide our guests with the essentials they need for a comfortable stay, and while we make every effort to ensure the quality and functionality of our amenities and supplies, we want to be transparent and let you know that they come without any warranties or guarantees.

Additionally, we'd like to share that we typically do not provide extra supplies beyond what is already in your unit, as we believe in giving our guests the freedom to tailor their stay to their preferences. However, occasionally, we do go the extra mile to provide additional items as a gesture of goodwill.

Pool is closed from labor day to memorial day.

House Rules:

Guests and Gatherings: We love tranquility! Please no parties or large gatherings without checking with us first. Unexpected big events could lead to a fee of $1,000 and might impact your stay.

Smoke-Free Zone: Our home is a smoke-free environment. Please respect this rule to avoid a $1,000 fee and preserve the comfort of all our guests.

Keeping the Peace: Let's be considerate neighbors. If we receive multiple noise complaints that aren't managed, a $100 charge may apply and could affect your reservation.

Key Care: Please keep track of keys and passes. If they go missing, there’s a $500 replacement fee per item.

Furniture Respect: Love our furniture as we do. Any damage caused will be assessed and charged accordingly.

Cleanliness Counts: We appreciate you treating our home like your own and tidying up before you leave. Extra messy situations will attract a $100 cleaning fee.

Timely Check-In/Out: We're all about timing! Early check-ins or late check-outs without approval will have a $100 per hour fee. For approved changes, it's $20 per hour.

Supplies: Need something extra? Just ask, and we’ll see what we can do!

Pet Policy:

Pet Stay Fee: Bringing furry friends? That’s $100 per stay for up to two pets. Please let us know about them and their size in advance.

Furniture and Paws: Keep our furniture pet-free, please. A $100 fee applies for furry friends on furniture.

Pet Care: Bring your pet’s bedding and towels. Unattended pets in the apartment and any accidents are your responsibility.

Pet Size and Breed: For everyone's safety, pets over 80 pounds or certain breeds (like Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and German Shepherds) are not permitted, to avoid a $1,000 fine.

If the Trash schedule provided on the fridge is not followed, a $150- $250 fee will apply.
