Welcome to your ultimate Miami Tropical Retreat! This fully remodeled 5-bedroom, 3-bath haven is built for group fun and relaxation, sleeping 12 guests comfortably with capacity for up to 14 guests (extra fee applies for guests 13 & 14).
The star of the show is the backyard: a lush, resort style paradise featuring a custom pool, a professional Outdoor Kitchen (with both a gas grill and a wood-burning BBQ!), and a Gazebo overlooking a kid-friendly turf yard.

* Access: Only 4 blocks from a major Miami artery and expressway access, making trips to the beach or downtown easy.

Guest will have access to the entire house (except for garage) and patio/yard.

​House Rules: Respect & Relaxation
1. Occupancy and Events
* Maximum Guests: The property strictly allows a maximum of 12 guests (option for 2 additional guests with an extra fee). Unauthorized visitors or over-occupancy will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
* No Parties/Events: The home is for quiet enjoyment and relaxation. Parties, loud gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited.
* Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
2. Pet Policy (Prior Approval is Mandatory)
* We happily welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs up to 50 lbs, pending prior approval from the host.
* Guests must inquire before booking with the pet's breed, weight, and age.
* A mandatory, non-refundable Pet Fee of $$150 (per pet) applies to all approved stays.
* Pet Waste Cleanup: Pet owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up all pet waste, both inside the home and throughout the turf backyard.
* We reserve the right to decline specific breeds or larger dogs for safety and insurance purposes.
* Unauthorized pets or approved pets found to be of a non-authorized breed will result in a penalty fee of $500 and immediate cancellation of the reservation.
3. Safety & Property Care
* No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the home.
* Illegal/Illicit Drug Use: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal or illicit drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the reservation and eviction without refund.
* Pool Safety: Guests use the pool at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at ALL times.
* Turf Area: Please help us keep the turf clean by refraining from spilling food/oils in that area.
4. Extremely prohibit any glass container by the pool/turf area.
5. Exterior ONLY security camera surveillance system recording 24/7 for your safety/peace of mind and ours.
