Welcome to Mountain Magic, a beautiful and spacious chalet in Big Trees Village with free access to the Big Trees Village HOA recreation center (with 2 pools, games, snack bar, sand volleyball, horseshoes, playground and more)! Close to many of our area's best local attractions including Calaveras Big Trees State Park, Lake Alpine, The Arnold Rim Trail, Bear Valley Ski Resort, the town of Murphys, and so much more! This gorgeous retreat is located in Dorrington with approximately 2400 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a loft, and rec room - plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy a Sierra getaway! The beautiful great room showcases vaulted knotty pine ceilings and cozy gas log stove (there’s also electric wall heaters and AC to keep you comfortable year round)! The adjacent dining area and kitchen are fully stocked for all your cooking and dining needs; you'll find the laundry area off the kitchen. The primary bedroom suite is located downstairs while the remaining 2 bedrooms can be found upstairs off the loft. Just off the garage is a fantastic rec room with ping pong, darts, games, and a comfy spot for movie night! Relax and rejuvenate on the large deck where you can enjoy dining and barbecuing in the fresh mountain air. The level driveway provides plenty of parking and ensures easy access in every season!

Mountain Magic sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms plus the loft. Bedroom 1 is the Primary Suite and is located on the main level with a King bed and its own bathroom with jetted tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located upstairs off the loft, Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 with 2 Twin beds. There is also a Double Futon in the loft. In addition to the full bathroom in the primary suite, there is an additional half bathroom on the main level and a full bathroom upstairs, for a total of 2.5 bathrooms. The laundry is on the main floor.
